When: Tuesdays 7am & 6pm, Thursdays 7am & 6pm

4 Spots Available Per Class

One Day Upper Body Workout (1 Hour) and One Day Lower Body Workout (1 Hour)consisting of 4 different stations. Each station focuses on a different movements to build strength and improve your physique. We start the class with abs and finish with cardio, so be ready to bring it!
